Account information (name, company, work email, phone) you give us when you sign up or book a demo. Operational data (products, orders, customers, transactions) processed on your behalf inside your OmniStoreMan tenant. Standard technical data (IP, browser, page views) collected by our website and application logs.
To provide and operate the OmniStoreMan service, to communicate with you about your account, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your operational data to train models, resell it, or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Application data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Customers on the Corporate plan can request private-cloud or region-specific hosting. Backups are encrypted at rest and retained on a rolling schedule.
You, and users you invite into your tenant, per the role-based permissions you configure. Our engineers only access customer tenants for support cases you initiate — access is logged and time-bound.
Under GDPR (EU/UK) and KVKK (Turkey), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Contact us at hello@omnistoreman.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Our website uses first-party cookies for session state and anonymized analytics. Application cookies inside the OmniStoreMan admin are strictly functional (auth, preferences). We do not run third-party ad-tracking cookies.
We may update this policy as the product and regulations evolve. Material changes are notified in-app to admin users. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
