OSM OmniStoreMan
Point of Sale

Every register, connected to everything.

The cash register is where operations meet the customer — but most POS software treats it as an island. OmniStoreMan's POS is a first-class citizen of the same ledger that runs your storefronts, warehouses, and franchise billing.

Fullscreen tablet mode, numeric keypad for cash amounts, offline-tolerant barcode scan, split payments (cash + card + digital wallets on one receipt), per-cashier shifts with counted-vs-expected close-out. Everything a modern floor needs, none of the plastic-terminal baggage.

The register that trusts the ledger.

The register that trusts the ledger.

When a cashier rings a sale, the same inventory record drops that a paid web order would drop. When a wholesale customer pays down their balance at the counter, the AR ledger updates the same instant. No nightly sync, no reconciliation window, no hoping the numbers meet.

Cash handling that stands up to an audit.

Cash handling that stands up to an audit.

Every shift opens with a starting float and closes with a counted total; variance is logged, not hidden. Cash-in / cash-out movements — deposit runs, safe drops, tips paid out — each require an operator and a note. Print a Z-report at close of day that a bookkeeper actually understands.

Security that respects a busy floor.

Cashiers log in by scanning a QR badge instead of typing a password. The register auto-locks after configurable inactivity. Role-based permissions gate what any given cashier can discount, refund, or price-override. All actions leave an audit trail tied to the operator, not the terminal.
